Wonderfully fragrant white flowers develop in Early August and fill the surrounding landscape with their aroma! Tolerant of dark shade and even very wet soil, this plant is nearly pest free with deep green summer foliage turning yellow in the fall. Matures 5-7' tall x6-8' wide. Hardy to Zone 4. |

Robust plants produce striking rose pink flowers on 4 inch spikes for weeks in mid-summer. Glossy bright green foliage fades to gold in fall. Perfect cover up for bare walls and aging fences. Tall enough to provide medium sized screen. Grow in association with pre-existing canopy trees where soils may become acidic over time. Beautiful as specimen or to fill a barren corner with upright, fountain shape. Important nectar source for butterflies and bees. Thrives in acidic soils with high moisture levels bordering on wet. Well adapted to fluctuating conditions of pond or stream edge. Prefers part shade, and protection from hot afternoon exposure. Slow growth to 8 feet tall and spreading somewhat wider. Hardy to Zone 4. |
