Common Name: Silvermound 'Wormwood'
Botanical Name : Artemisia schmidtiana  'Silvermound'

Elegant silvery perennial is gorgeous under sun or moon. Dense mound of aromatic foliage is finely textured with rich silky pubescence. Produces a rounded dome shape valued for its foliage, not insignificant flowers. Excellent addition to perennial borders and cottage gardens. Suited to herb gardens and knots. Good as single accent or massed to intensify color effect. Better adapted to regions of cool summers than hot. A non-invasive species. Full sun.

Fast growth 6 to 12 inches tall x 12 to 18 inches wide. Hardy to Zone 3.
