Common Name: Semi-Dwarf  'Cherry Tree'
Botanical Name : Prunus    '4-1'

This tree doubles as a beautiful ornamental and a bountiful multi-fruit producing tree.  In Spring your orchard will come alive with a fairyland of color and clouds of cherry blossoms followed by baskets of rich, juicy, sugar-sweet cherries.  You could be picking and eating from these varieties: Bing, Northstar, Stella, Rainer or Van.  No need to worry about a second tree for cross-pollination, you got it all right in one tree!

Common Name: Dwarf 'Cherry Tree'
Botanical Name : Prunus
  'North Star'

This dwarf cherry is so hardy it will succeed farther north than any other cherry. It is a cross between a very hardy Siberian cherry and the well-known English Morello. The fruit is large to very large, clear bright red, with tender skin and a rich full flavor. Makes delicious pies. The original tree growing near Minneapolis has never failed to bear from the time it was planted some years ago. It is self-fruitful and very hardy. No injury was observed and it produced a full crop after 25° below zero. Ripens from mid to late July. Though the original tree is little more than 6 feet tall, it has always produced a heavy crop of top quality fruit. You will like these hardy, well-formed and shapely trees.

Hardy to Zone 4
