          Achillea (Yarrow)

These easy to grow plants with fernlike fragrant foliage have their place in the border, and form nice spots of color, but most species need frequent division so the garden doesn't become filled with them. Species range in size for tiny creeping rock garden plants to 4' giants.  They grow in nearly any well-drained soil, like a sunny location and are useful in poor, dry soils
